Returns Policy

We are happy to offer a refund on any unused items returned to us in their original condition. Contact us at customerservice@comfortbelt.co.uk within 10 days of receiving your purchase for details on how to return your item, and we will provide a return shipping address to you. You will be credited for the sale price of the item once received, but will be responsible for return shipping charges.

Faulty items may be returned at any time. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds will be credited to the original card that was used for purchase, minus shipping.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order Monday- Friday within one hour after placing it. To cancel an order, email customerservice@comfortbelt.co.uk with your request. After one hour, orders can no longer be cancelled because the carrier will have taken control of the parcel. 

If you desire to cancel an order after the one hour time frame or on a weekend, you will be asked to treat it as a return. See above for return instructions. As a return, you will be refunded the full purchase price of the merchandise, not including shipping charges.
